About the Role

Their primary responsibilities include analyzing the service requests and work on customer applications to fulfil their logistics arrangement. Required to communicate with customer thru chat /Emails on the work process. Focus on the customer needs and timely delivery (24x7) with quality are the key performance areas.

You Will

  • Hands-on experience in CRM related applications
  • Understand customer requirements and familiar with Travel & Logistic management services
  • MIS reporting/ Macros/ Power BI experience
  • Should have the experience in Customer front communications
  • You will report to Project Manger

You'll Need

  • Have 4+ years of overall experience.
  • Travel Industry domain knowledge and experience
  • Good Verbal & Written communication skills
  • International Voice support (will be advantage)
  • High Quality oriented
  • Experience in Analytics and reporting are added advantage
